Roughly 15% of the face is glazed across 8 apertures, and every unit is fitted with toughened, argon-filled double glazing as standard. Supplied and installed across Cornwall by our own CERTASS-registered fitters, finished in any of the 20 Endurance colours shown on this page.

Matching the Reynolds to your property type
The 8-aperture layout on the Reynolds was clearly drawn for a specific kind of hallway: one that needs a defined amount of daylight rather than either none or all of it. That makes it a strong fit for coastal towns, and we fit it regularly on streets in Fowey where the original Victorian doors would have carried a similar glazed proportion before they were replaced with plain uPVC decades ago. Against granite it holds its own without needing a bold colour to do the work. Colours that flatter the Reynolds's panel layout
The Reynolds's 8-aperture glazing pattern photographs well in White, where the frame lines around the glass stay crisp rather than disappearing into the panel colour. Slate Grey is the other finish we would put in front of a customer choosing this design — it is muted enough that the glazing, not the door colour, is the first thing you notice on the half-glazed face. For a bolder frontage, Green gives the same proportions a completely different character without changing the layout at all. Whichever you choose, ask to see a physical sample against your own granite; screens flatten differences that are obvious in daylight. Woodgrain finishes such as Golden Oak and Irish Oak are available on the Reynolds as well as the flat colours, and tend to suit this panel shape particularly well on older properties.
