Supplied and installed across Cornwall by our own CERTASS-registered fitters, finished in any of the 20 Endurance colours shown on this page.

Where the Grasmoor looks right
At 0% glazed, the Grasmoor is neither a bright, glass-dominant design nor a fully private one — it occupies the middle ground that suits terraced homes. We would point a customer with a dark, narrow hall in Penzance towards this design over a solid panel, and towards it over a full-glazed design if they have young children or simply prefer not to be visible from the street when answering the door. As with every Endurance design, the Grasmoor is backed by the 10-year manufacturer guarantee covering the core, the hardware and the colour finish, regardless of which property type it's fitted to.
Colours that flatter the Grasmoor's panel layout
The Grasmoor's 2-aperture glazing pattern photographs well in Claystone, where the frame lines around the glass stay crisp rather than disappearing into the panel colour. Rosewood is the other finish we would put in front of a customer choosing this design — it is muted enough that the glazing, not the door colour, is the first thing you notice on the part-glazed face. For a bolder frontage, Irish Oak gives the same proportions a completely different character without changing the layout at all. Whichever you choose, ask to see a physical sample against your own slate; screens flatten differences that are obvious in daylight. Woodgrain finishes such as Golden Oak and Irish Oak are available on the Grasmoor as well as the flat colours, and tend to suit this panel shape particularly well on older properties.
Getting the glazing and hardware right
In the Grasmoor's apertures, obscure glass such as Diamond keeps the hallway private while still passing daylight, and is what we fit as standard unless a customer asks otherwise. Harmony is the better choice where the door faces a garden or a quiet lane rather than the street, since more of the pattern reads as clear. Hardware-wise, a chrome or satin handle set suits the 2-aperture rhythm on a more contemporary elevation, while pewter or black points it towards period streets in Penzance. Lead time on the Grasmoor is the same as the rest of the range — typically four to six weeks from survey to fit, whatever glass and hardware combination you choose.
