Connor Downs sits just back from the Hayle estuary and the exposed dunes at Gwithian, and that short distance makes a genuine difference to specification. We still fit a fully weathered composite doorset here, but the marine-grade fixing kit we'd use on a beachfront property at Gwithian isn't usually necessary — standard stainless hardware and a good compression seal are sufficient for the exposure level here.
