Do I really need a 3-star cylinder?

Yes. Lock snapping takes under 30 seconds on a 1-star cylinder and is completely defeated by a 3-star. We fit them as standard for exactly this reason.

Are smart locks safe?

The three brands we fit — Yale, Ultion and Nuki — all layer over a physical 3-star cylinder, so worst case you still have a fully mechanical lock. They also carry Secured by Design certification.

Can I keep my existing keys?

If you have multiple external doors we can key them alike so one key operates every lock in the property.
